  • Make sure the water level in your diffuser does not exceed the max fill line and that the cover is on the unit. Please visit our Troubleshooting Tips for a detailed walkthrough on determining how much water to add to your diffuser. Mist will not be produced if the water level is too high or low, or if the cover is not properly on the diffuser base. You may also need to clean your unit. Click here for some cleaning method steps
